cant debug through Visual Studio 2013 professional in sharepoint 2013 environment

Can you plz  check on this  ?
We are  getting the following  error while we  debug any SharePoint projects like visual webpart , event receivers etc using Visual studio 2012 in SharePoint 2013 env.
It is working fine if we choose any . net projects like console application or . net web service .
We are using admin login.

OS : Windows server 2012 Standard edition 64BIT

Other installed softwares :  MS Office 2013 Professional Plus 64Bit
                                              SQL server 2012 STD edition 64Bit
                                              Visual Studio 2012 Professional 64BIT
                                              SharePoint Server 2013 Enterprise 64BIT

    did you right click visual studio and run as administrator?

    Yes David, i have tried with run as administrator also.
