Mail Flow Tools - Message Tracking - Stuck Webpage Dialog Box
Exchange Server 2010 - I have a question regarding Messaging Tracking.
In the Exchange Management Console, under Mail Flow Tools, I choose Message Tracking. After clicking on it and logging into OWA as requested (I am a domain admin), I use browse to find the mailbox I want to search. Then, when I try and Select User in the "Search for Messages sent to" or "Search for Messages received from", a blank dialog box pops up and at the top it says --Webpage Dialog and nothing happens. My coworker, also a domain admin, does not have this issue when he is logged into the exchange server with his profile. How do I fix this? It just started happening a couple weeks ago. Thank you.

Try a different browser, or reinstall Silverlight. That is what is used there along with Active X controls.

Tried all other suggestions, but uninstalling and reinstalling IE was the only thing solved the problem.
