I created a user in Exchange 2013 and then addded that user to Outlook 2013.  The autodiscover seemed to go right through but when I closed and re-opened Outlook, it asked me for a password for old my old domain.

When you setup the new Exchange 2013 account did you create a new Outlook Profile?

Yes.  New outlook profile.  I did refresh both servers, more like built them from scratch.  Your question did make me realize that I am still logging into my windows 8 with cached credentials to the old domain.  That has to be why I'm pulling the old domain.  I wasn't ready to redo my profile yet.  Looks like that is a project I'd better get done as much as I'm dreading it.  Thanks for the response.  It was just the slap to the head that i needed :)
