Open dashboard software creation using SQL

Hello Experts,

I am looking to find a software that allows me to build dashboards for my organization.  We use Oracle as our database, and I am familiar with building SQL queries.

I would like to find an open source software.  A software that could update by setting intervals.

Any recommendations?

JasperReports Server  has a community edition.
