Outlook 2010 cached mode out of sync

This is a frequent problem in my organization. Our users are set by default to use cached mode. Once or twice a week, a user's Outlook stops getting new e-mails. Outbound mails get stuck in the outbox and lost when the program is restarted. Sometimes it hangs and crashes when someone manually attempts a send/receive. We have two ways to correct this problem that I have found:

Turn off cached mode. This fixes the issue for good, but increases network traffic and slows down the client.

Delete the OST file or recreate the profile. The downside of this is, it means we're never done fixing this issue. I want it to go away.

So, how do we figure out what is happening to break Outlook in cached mode?

Hello Team,

This issue i have faced in my environment. The Resolution for this is here Below

Make the Cache Mode enable and while going in Outlook account Setting -->More Setting-->Advanced--> uncheck the Download Shared folder Option. do this TESTING for one or two users in Evironment. It Definately Resolve the issue

after unchecking it, it updated instantly when any new email came in Inbox

and if this Worked then Implement this in whole environment through Group Policy
