How do I move DfsrPrivate\ConflictandDeleted  in DFS (Windows 2012 server)?

I am able to change the location of DfsrPrivate\Staging but I am unable to edit the location for DfsrPrivate\ConflictandDeleted.

How can I move all of DfsrPrivate to a location outside of the replicated folder?

Or perhaps more specifically its a Junction Point with w2012.. can i remove the junction point?  Is it needed for DFS operation?
