Need to querry domain computers for installed software

I have a simple task at hand, I thought of possibly using the registry for this but what I need to do is simply query my domain computers for their installed software. I could go to each one and physically do this but there are about 150 total computers. I'm not looking for updates just basic software families.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Spiceworks desktop runs within your network.  have not used in a while, but it should not access anything outside your network.
