Tab's minimize randomly when clicking on already open Windows

A user is having an issue with an open tab (particularly Outlook) minimizing when clicking on an open window she is working out of. This seems to happen only when using Remote App for IE. The user will open several tabs in the IE remote app and have Outlook open on her second monitor. When clicking anywhere within an open window of the IE remote app, it will randomly minimize another open window on her second monitor (in this case, Outlook as mentioned above). Remote app is running on Server 2008 R2 Standard.

You seem to have an obscure problem. System File Checker, which fixes or replaces corrupt of missing Windows system files often helps in such cases.

Here's how to use it:

The issue with Eapp overtaking her second monitor on occasion is random and she cannot replicate it. It was explained that although the Eapp was in a seperate IE tab, it was the same session as the other IE windows. Certain functions of the application they use could initiate the IE windows to maximize or minimize based on the function.
