Windows Server 2012 HyperV -- block level Replica ?

I can NIGHTLY replicate HyperVs between
locations, but can it replicate just the
BLOCK-LEVEL changes instead of the entire
VM since I have a small 3MB INTERNET
connection between locations ?

The Hyper-V Replica change tracking will track and replicate the write-operations in the source VM every a few minutes - this is designed for low bandwidth connections.

So only the changes in the VM (block level) changes are replicated.

As you have low bandwidth, you may want to have a read of this Article, to setup your Initial Seed!
