I have several computer where the users login to exchange using outlook 2007 and the credentials popup screen comes up often, however the user continues to be able to send and receive emails even if they don't put the crednetials on the screen that is coming up once they are logging when outlook opens.

I have created a new profile and can not find what the issue is. anyone that can assist and let me know how I can trace and address this issue?

Very common problem. I think this is asked two or three times a week.
It will be caused by Autodiscover, which Outlook 2007 and higher will poll frequently, no matter which version of Exchange you are on.

The fix depends on whether you are using Exchange 2007 or higher internally.
If you are, then the most common reason is misconfigured URLs or untrusted SSL certificate. Outlook cannot cope with SSL prompts very well, so when it gets one it will often throw an authentication prompt instead.

Simon.
