Android app to record room's conversation & incoming/outgoing calls' conversation

can point me to links & apps for Samsung Note 2's Android that could

a) record a conversation within a room/meeting
b) auto-record incoming/outgoing calls' conversation
(ie recording auto activated when calls are connected)

Recordings are ideally saved to the microSD

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should have an android app called "Voice Rec" already installed to record room conversations.
You can choose where to store recordings (Phone or SD Card)

These gives a good guide to recording phone calls

Understood.

Found ""Voice Recorder" in Note 2's Android, tested it & a file was
saved.  Tapping & hold onto the file, give Details but the Details
shows Location as /storage/sdcard0/Sounds

Could not change this location, can just guide me where or to
change the location?
