Printers missing in active directory global catalog

hello, all of a sudden all printers except for two sites out of 40 sites are not showing shared printers in the global directory. Checked replication and it is looking good. how do i fix this, what could be going on?

This is likely a symptom of larger Active Directory issues.  Start by rebuilding a GC with the commands below. If that doesn't resolve the issue for that site, then we'll need to start more in-depth AD troubleshooting.

Rebuild the Global Catalog on one of the servers.

Do this for a single site at a time.
