Software Tool for cleaning up UNUSED WEB FILES ?

I want to clean out any "junk" in my Web Folders.
Is there a tool these days that will identify what files are UNUSED in a website/seb folder?

Most of the sites are basic sites ... HTML & Images, some PHP scripts. No database. No Javascript, if that matters. Running Linux/Apache.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In many of my web sites, there are files that do not have public links but are included in other files.  It is difficult to tell which files are not being used without manually going thru them.
Maybe something like this

Though I would definitely just move them to a temporary delete folder as I wouldn't trust it 100%
