Hello there,

I need to fix a cost for Citrix XenDesktop (Virtual Desktop) for charge back, is there any formula that I can use? We have Citrix XenDesktop 56 environment hosted on VMware infra using Machine Creation Services.

Please advise, is there any formula that I can use, to determine the cost?

Thanks and Regards

No there isn;t other than looking at how much the costs for the entire environment is and devide it into the parts you would like. To many variables there.

What you of course could do is charge the licenses, these normally have a default price. Make sure to add both W7, CAL and Citrix license to it.
But it depends on what servers you have, what SAN you have if these are somewhat divided in costs between departments and so on.
