I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello,

You will need to setup a new Outlook profile on your PC, which connects to this mailbox. When you open Outlook, select the new profile and you can then create the rule.

When the users wants to manage the rules in this mailbox, he will need to restart Outlook and select the correct profile. You cannot manage rules of a secondary mailbox in Outlook.
