Check out Spiceworks for monitoring your printers and getting alerts. &nbsp;It is a free program that allows you manage devices on your network including printers, computers, servers, network equipment, routers, etc. &nbsp;It has a decent dashboard where you can see all your devices in one place. &nbsp;They do have many ads within the program, but what do you expect for free. &nbsp;They also have an ad free version which you can inquire about. &nbsp;There are paid monitoring tools as well from AVG (aka Level Platforms) and N-able which you can review as well.

we have about 10 dell printers on our network and i am looking for a free GUI that i can check and alert me if there is an error/ jam etc. on the printers. i know i can configure each printer to email me however trying to find a solution that would not clog up my mailbox.<br />
