Installing Exchange Server 2010 Management tolls SP3

Dear All,
I have installed (successfuly) the exchanhe Server managment tools on a Windows 2008 r2 Server Sp1.
I am trying to install the SP3 and I am getting the error (Setup canot continue with the update because de beremote process (ID: 4244) has open files. Close the process and re-start the seup.
How can I close this process?

    Accepted Solution

    It seems you have Backup Exec on this server, goto services and stop all Backup services and run again. I assume your other Exchange servers are running SP3, Else make sure to use same service pack you have on your Exchange server with Rollup.
