Microsoft Licenses

Hello Experts,

Is there a way to re-key Microsoft licenses (Windows, Office, SQL, etc.)?  For instance, all our servers and workstations were built with VL keys for all sites (A, B, C, D, etc.)... now, we're selling site C, but can't transfer the licenses... is there a tool that I can remove the license keys from all machines?  Or what is the correct way to do this besides reformatting them?  Thanks.

Formatting is the only option, actually wiping the drive is the better solution. using dban Who knows what might be on these hard drives that you don't want the buyer to get..
slmgr.vbs -ipk makproductkey might be good for the operating system but what about the other installed software?

If the new site buys the proper keys ,they can just use the key change built into windows.
Uninstalling the keys pretty much kills the OS.
M$ is not so much worried about the license keys as they are about a license count on paper that corresponds to those machines.
But you can talk to 10 different people at M$ and get 10 different answers too.
