The transaction ID in your link is invalid.

I get the message of:The transaction ID in your link is invalid when I click on an ebay link to accept a paypal payment.  I talked with the buyer and he thought that the paypal and ebay emails are different.  They were but now they are the same.  Still does not work.  Any ideas on this error?

If the email from ebay and the one for paypal were different during the purchasing moment, then I would try to speak with the seller to cancel the deal and then logout ebay, then login ebay again, after which you should buy again the article.
I guess you need a kind of reset and sometimes these services remember, a kind of tracking, the ID account and email associated with it. It is not necessary like that in your case, but that is what I would try anyway as first step in elucidating and solving your mystery.

I have two e-mails linked to my Paypal account. Both get the funds into the same Paypal account.
Why are you having to accept funds?
When a buyer pays me it goes into my Paypal account and all I get is an e-mail saying they have paid. It's that simple and the way it should work.
