PPPoE Configuration Problem

Hello Experts,

We're having a problem establishing a PPPoE connection. Can someone take a look at our configurations and let us know what might be the problem?

My only experience with setting up PPPoE is in a router and using a user id and password (and possibly a domain name) so it was never so complicated as your logs imply.

In showrun.log, I see "no ip source-route" and following that only internal IP addresses and no external IP addresses.

You probably want to ensure the modem is hooked to a good line provisioned by your local phone company.
