Imagemagick in Azure Websites

We use Azure websites extensively for our lower tier customer hosting but now we have encountered problems using a new theme. The theme uses Imagemagick and some other extensions listed in here http://www.ait-themes.com/doc/hosting-requirements-fw2/?theme=solitudo-wordpress-theme

Current what we have in Azure is here http://punakallio.azurewebsites.net/phpinfo.php

As far as I can see everything else is in place than Imagemagick. The theme renders almost everything as should, other than one building block called Counter. Theme support blames the server configuration but I can't find anything else that is missing. Also I have tried fresh installs but that doesn't help. Any idea how to fix this so we can use the theme for other customers also if needed?

This guy was able to get ImageMagick up and running on Azure, here's his code on GitHub - https://github.com/jeffwilcox/4th-cloud/commit/e292c09c755118e3bc9626674094a8676eab0719

Everything looks fine in the PHP info... and they wouldn't be the first theme designers blaming something for their theme not working as intended.
