Veeam backup Exchange w/ DAG

I have 3 exchange 2012 servers. 2 local, one over a wan. All in a DAG. Im looking for a detailed instruction article on adding exchange to Veeam backup, backing up the DAG, and confirming logs are being flushed and how to confirm successful backups. Best practices welcome too.

You set the Backup Job as you would for a normal VM, with one difference....

Guest Processing, and set to FLush Logs

see Veeam's Blog

Is there a way to confirm successful log truncation in Veeam?
Look at the Job Log, and you should be able to quickly confirm, by checking the Exchange Server logs are flushed!

if you do not trust the software.
Exchange 2013 has a ton of logging. I see that some logs flush, other don't.
