I'm trying to handle my url's in my application. I want the user to be able to put in my application as
http://url/category/ and pass the category over to the Home controller's Index method and work with it from there. This seems it should be simple, but I keep getting 404 errors for the caregory name????

How is are the routes configured in the RouteConfig class?  Are you specifying that you want to include the optional "category" in the URL?
