Java DebugConnectionWrapper failing

I'm trying to build this project and I get 5 similar errors.  The DebugConnectionWrapper must override or im;ement a "supertype" method.  Could you suggest where I could start looking at the cause of this errors?
supertype method
It could be caused by the fact that these methods are not completed and it throws the SQL Exception;
      public int getNetworkTimeout() throws SQLException {
            // TODO Auto-generated method stub
            return 0;

Or that it needs a db connection; "persist\db\connect

No, nothing to do with that at all. The error message is saying that you have placed the @Override annotation on those methods but there is no method in the class that this DebugConnectionWrapper extends from (or implements) by the same name and signature.

Why is the @Override annotation there? Did you put it there? Or copied and pasted from another method that DOES actually override a supertype's method?

Or did Eclipse generate these methods for you and then you changed their names/parameters or what the class extends/implements so that they are no longer overriding the supertype methods?

mccarl, thank you for your response.  To answer your questions; it is not my code (I test code), but I am getting started with eclipse and checked out these code from SVN.  I'll ask "your questions" from the developers :(
Once again thanks
