Disable SSL 2.0:
Win Key + r
regedit
look for
HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\SSL 2.0
Right-click on the SSL 2.0 folder
New Key. name "Server"
New DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Enter Enabled as the name and hit Enter.
Ensure that it shows 0x00000000 (0) under the Data
If it does not show 0 - right click and modify and enter 0 as the Value data.
Restart the computer.

Enable 3.0  (very similar to above)
Winkey + r
regedit
HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders \SCHANNEL\Protocols
Right-click Protocols, New Key - name "SSL 3.0"
Right-click SSL 3.0, New Key name - "Server"
Right-click Server, New DWORD (32bit)  name "Enabled"
Double-click Enabled and make sure its value is 1
If it does not show 1 - right click and modify and enter 1 as the Value data.
Restart
