Public Folders (On-promise to Cloud)

Hi,

I have migrated Public folders from on-promise to cloud using PST file.

It's all there but now I have to disable the mail enabled PF in the on promise and put the same in PF in cloud.

but when I try it gives the error:
The proxy address "smtp:" is already being used by the proxy addresses or LegacyExchangeDN of "". Please choose another proxy address.

I cannot see the SMTP in the on-promise anymore, so it should not exist....
so the problem is that I cannot enable PF mail enable on the cloud and need to do this before set the organization to use just cloud PF.

Thanks in advance,
Regards,

To find out which object has a particular email address configured, run the following cmdlet:

Get-Recipient user@domain.com

This is for Exchange Online PowerShell. If you are using dirsync, dont forget it will take some time to update the changes you have made in AD.
