Set Up Web Services Tool in Excel with Geolocate webservice

Hi,
I have an excel spreadsheet that I have been using ESRI's webservice to geolocate addresses from coordinates.
I have been tasked to kind of automate this, I remember doing something like this in the past with the Web Services toolkit, but this doesn't seem to exist any more. I was wondering if I could set this up for users where They can just enter the coordinates into a field and it would return the addresses in a usable  format. Just to make it easier for other people to use it without having to manually enter the coordinates into the Webservice string. I just wanted to be pointed in the right direction with how to get this done.

I apologize that I'm not very familiar with using Macro Enabled spreadsheets. How do you get this to work within the spreadsheet itself. I did save it as an XLSM, and put the code into the  "ThisWorkbook" object.

I apologize for being a little slow on the uptake, I did what you said (I thought) and this is what happened.
I made sure all the macro security was off.
