Office 365

I have a new Lenovo and I have been trying to install Office 365. I receive an error "Something has gone wrong...". I've done a online repair and all works until I restart. I've tried Microsoft's removal Fix It tool and then reinstalling and it works until I restart.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I resolve this issue?

Hi

I had this and logged it with microsoft and they didn't find a solution, i did however find it and give it to them.

What you need to do is remove office 365 completly using this : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Then unistall anti-virus not disable but fully remove it, in my case it was kasperksy and once i unistalled that and reinstalled office and restarted it worked.

After removing AV reinstall office restart your machine and you wont get that issue anymore

Then lastly reinstall Anti Virus

This worked for me, hope it helps !

I called Microsoft and it turned out to be a  permissions issue on a registry key.
