outlook 2013 not receiving email from certain addresses

Hi, one of our users using outlook 2013 home and business edition has recently not been able to receive emails from specific senders from china.  We checked with their email hosting service and they confirmed no spam or blacklist blocks and also confirmed they could see the emails from china coming in.  I installed her email account on my laptop outlook however it is 2010 version and emails from china were all fine.  Any reason this would be happening on her outlook?  Also, noticed her system time was 7min off of the correct time.  Not sure if this would affect anything related to outlook.  Thanks.

There are two possibilities: Either Outlook is classifying them as junk and moving them to the Junk E-Mail folder or there is a client-side rule on her Outlook that is either moving or deleting the emails.

Check the Junk folder if you haven't already. Next, do a search of the mailbox for the emails. If the search doesn't return anything, disable any Outlook rules she has and see if that makes a difference.
