You need to set loopback processing for this to work since this is a User setting

The default ScreenSaver Timeout is configured in the regsitry here:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Reg_SZ ScreenSaveTimeOut since Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2 this key does not exist by default.

Without configuring a default timeout via Group Policy, the system does not have a timeout and therefore does not start the screensaver.

    Excellent the  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Reg_SZ ScreenSaveTimeOut  worked perfectly. I created the key in the GPO and it was applied the workstations registry.
