How do I setup an new address book for Equipment mailboxes

I need to setup a new address list for equipment mailboxes in Exchange 2010.  In the Exchange Management Console there is not an option for equipment mailboxes, just resources when you are creating a new address list.  I know it needs to be done in the shell, but I do not know the syntax or commands.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can use Custom Attributes (see General tab of properties of each mailbox) and set Attribute 1 = Equipment for all your Equipment mailboxes.

Then you can configure a new address book using that attribute for Equipment mailboxes.
New-AddressList -Name "Equipment" -RecipientFilter {((RecipientType -eq 'MailboxUser') -and (CustomAttribute1 -eq "Equipment"))}
