My Lexmark Pro915 printer will not boot up completely gets 3/4 done and stops

Lexmark Pro915 printer that will start up but the red progress bar goes about 3/4 of the way and then stops.  Any ideas how to factory reset the printer during bootup?

Are any of the paper tray out make sure they are in and seated correctly,  also disconnect network and or USB connection
you can do a factory reset :    pg21 of manual :
Restoring factory default settings Resetting to factory default settings will delete all the printer settings you have previously selected.
1 From the home screen, touch > Restore Factory Defaults > Restore All Printer Settings > Yes.
2 When prompted to set the initial settings of your printer, make your selections using the touch screen. The printer restarts automatically after resetting to factory default settings.

I cannot get to the home screen it doesn't boot up to the screen.
then the printer is bad; sorry
have it serviced or replaced
