can not view on my computer

did block me on my personal desktop computer where I am administrator

I can view on other computers
but not my own browsers (I tried all)

What message are you getting?
Uninstall Skype and then install the latest version.
I presume you entered the correct password and User ID.  These will be retained when you install the new version.

I can use skype application

Is this a home computer or in a workplace? If its a work is it blocked by an admin policy?
