Help with sizing rows in excel file

How do make all rows in an excel file the same height? I can't find that option from the menu.

    In a macro this will probably do it

    Rows("1:65536").RowHeight = 16 ' or whatever height you want

    Manually, you mark all rows (or cells), and then resize one row. All other rows will have the same height. This works the same with columns.
