I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are looking just for MS exams, take a look at below web site
http://www.examcollection.com/
Download appropriate exam number questions \ dumps and try to solve it
It will help you to pass exams

If you want to learn technology with basic concepts \ in-depth to make yourself architect \ specialist, refer online books OR CBT Nuggets \ Train Signal videos \ TechNet Web casts

It's nice that people comment intended to help.... but honestly actually read the authors post before you comment...
but this book is all about quizing and preparing for a test for certification of which I will not take

... That sentence suggests he doesn't care about MS exams.

Do you prefer reading or watching videos?

 reading pdf please

... These comments suggested he didn't want videos... which eliminates CBT Nuggets, Train Signal Videos (Which btw doesn't exist anymore, it is now called Pluralsight, and they aren't free), and TechNet Web casts...

200 page ebook may be better.
No wasted pages on quizzes.  :)
