xml organizer against dtd

I have a buggy xml which doesn't fit the given dtd. Is there any tool that arranges an xml file against given correct dtd?

well the point of a DTD is to check whether the XML is valid.
There are no tools that automatically fix an XML,
you can't be crook and police at the same time (well you can but not in XML :-)
You always need some intervention to tell how the XML needs to be fixed.

Extremely handy for such operations are IDE such as www.stylustudio.com or www.oxygenxml.com
both have an evaluation versions. There are also free XML IDE, but not that many that do DTD validation
