Email a QRcode link with phonegap

Hi all,

I am looking for a way of emailing a qrcode link using phonegap.

I've googled around be no luck yet.

I basically want to scan a qrcode (with will contain a link as a result of the scan) ... and then email that link.

Can anyone help please?

That does not appear to be a portable framework, since PhoneGap's apps are segregated into the various platforms on (e.g. iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows and Palm), so it's going to matter what platform your phone runs on. The only QR code reader I find for PhoneGap was compiled for iOS, so if you have an Apple product, I would suggest contacting its developer to see if he can have that app's output piped to the mail program[s] on your device, into the body of the email.

So, no-one has a solution for this?
Well, yes... contact the author of QR-Alert and see if he'll pipe its output to a mail program if you have an Apple device, or see if he'll recompile it for your device AND pipe its output to the default email app if you're on some other platform.
