Outlook 2010 missing folder
I have a user who opens a shared mailbox. Within the mailbox was a folder called 'Actioned'.
This folder has disappeared BUT they can right-click the file and move to 'Actioned'. To test this I sent them an email with the subject 'qqqqqq' they right clicked and moved to the folder. Then I tried a search (all outlook items) for 'qqqqqq' and there were no results! Does anyone know where the folder is?

I can't see the folder to check it.
You said he opened a shared mailbox. Who's mailbox is it then that is being shared? You should login using that user and check the permissions on the shared folder.

It could be that permissions on this specific folder should be changed.
Did you check the permissions on the folder actioned??
