Cisco "VPN Anyconnect" in Tablet Samsung Tab 4 - Galaxy / SM-T332 (setup).

Hello,

I have downloaded and installed successfully Cisco "VPN Anyconnect" in my new Tablet Samsung Tab 4 - Galaxy (SM-T332), which operates on Android v. 4.4.2.

I tried to connect to my Server, via AnyConnect, but unfortunately I keep receiving the following message and I cannot connect:

"AnyConnect

The secure gateway has rejected the connection attempt. A new connection attempt to the same or another secure gateway is needed, which requires re-authentication.
The following message was received from the secure gateway:
No Licence. "

Could someone help me on how I could work around this problem and to be able to successfully connect?

Thank you,

Costas.

Are you able to connect to the Google home page before using the Anyconnect?

You have to have a valid internet connection before using the VPN connection.

Your ASA needs the AnyConnect Mobile License added.  Cisco Part: L-ASA-AC-M-55xx.  This is not very expensive these days - perhaps $100-$150 from your authorized Cisco partner.

No problem. Cisco's licensing is not that straightforward - it's easy to miss this license in the original order.  Luckily it is a one-time upgrade.
