Where is cube designer?

This is a related question to this

https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/28508348/Howcome-this-query-brings-back-rows-regardless-of-where-clause.html

I want to:

Do you have measures that are not associated with the Brand dimension?  Check your 'Dimension Usage' tab in the cube designer.
If the measures are not associated with the dimension it won't matter what the filter is - it will effectively be ignored for those measures.

Where's the cube designer? This link also mentions cube designer and "Dimension Usage' but where is it? The cube is already designed. I even opened Solution Explorer in SSMS but I don't see the cube design.

From within you solution in solution explorer, navigate to the cube itself.  Cube Designer will be one of the tabs.

Yes, so how do I do this?

You need to open the SSAS solution in BIDS.
Opening SASS solution in BIDS is not thru SSMS?
Correct. BIDS is completely separate from SSMS.
I don't think BIDS (what does it stand for?) is installed on this server. How can I check? what do I need to look for?
Business Intelligence Development Studio.  It should be in your SQL Server program group.
let me check
No, don't think it's installed. Please see attached. That's what I see
