only allowing ip traffic from Australia

Hi all i am using windows Azure with windows 2008 server on them and i will be running iis on one of them what i need to do is only allow traffic that is from Australia ip address range, i have the address and happy to add them here if that helps ia m more then happy to use the windows firewall if that is the best way
