How would i move office 365 room mailbox calendar appointments to another mailbox and update all the recipients

We are in the process of moving offices, and we have room/resource mailboxes in office 365 for all our meeting rooms. We are having all meeting rooms operational both at the old office and new office for a few weeks.

What we are trying to do is move some(quite a few but not all) of the messages from a meeting room in the old office to a meeting room in the new office, and once done update all the recpients in that meeting with the new meeting location.

I have searched high and low and cannot find a simple solution where i can do it in bulk, by simply selecting all the messages i want to move and move them. I can move them fine, but the moved meetings still have the old room name and does not update the recipients unluess i manually go into each meeting and change the room name.

any help with this will be appreciated
