Hi,

I have a QlikView dashboard displaying a pivot table with a vertical dimension (Product name) and a horizontal dimension (Salesperson). The pivot table measures the number of sales (a COUNT) against each salesperson.

However, the pivot table displays ALL the sales people across the top of the table, whereas, I want to only display those sales people that meet a specific criteria (a field called Sales_Location).

How do I do this ?

Thanks
Toco

you need to use a calculated dimension instead of SalesPerson

=if(Sales_Location=[criteria],Salesperson)

Then suppress null on the dimension

or

=if(MixMatch(Sales_Location, 'West Coast', 'Australia', 'New Zealand'), SalesPerson)

No problem.  I don't see many Qlikview questions so keep them coming :)
