How to block youtube with the protocol HTTPs in Isa Server 2004

Dear Experts,

I have MS-Windows SBS 2003 in company and our ISA Server 2004 is working very good in it.
There is already a rule to block Youtube and videos. Once the site Youtube has changed the protocol to HTTPS the access was released.

Is there a way to block just a site with the protocol HTTPS ? Do not all the protocol.

Regards,
