That did the trick. &nbsp;Thank you for your help. &nbsp;I was pulling what little hair I have left out. &nbsp;My users are now happy as PDF's once again open quickly.

I have 6 users who have been experiencing extreme slowness while opening PDF attachments within Outlook 2007 and 2010.<br />

I have removed obsolete printers, cleaned out useless Outlook add-ins, and set Adobe reader to &quot;LAN&quot; speed. &nbsp;I also unchecked Adobe setting &quot;enable enhanced security&quot;, and checked &quot;Automatically trust Sites with OS&quot;.<br />

I have removed obsolete printers, cleaned out useless Outlook add-ins, and set Adobe reader to "LAN" speed.  I also unchecked Adobe setting "enable enhanced security", and checked "Automatically trust Sites with OS".

Any suggestions are appreciated, I'm at my wit's end with this one.  Thanks.
