How do I make my Infopath Form accessible to other users?

I have InfoPath Designer 2010.  All of the users in my office are running the 2010 version of InfoPath filler.  I created a shared folder on the network that is accessible to everyone and placed my form and the database that the form submits data to in the folder.
When a user opens the form (via link sent in an email), they see the title and the footer text, but the form section containing the fields dont appear.

How do I ensure the form will be visible to everyone?

YOu will need to use the File Publish to publish your form. However, because you already have the form on a network drive and if you try to publish to the same folder same name, it will cause an error.

Take your form and move it for now to your desktop. Right click on it and choose design. Then go to File Publish and publish the form to the network drive location. Once you have that done, you can move the file on your desktop to a location for back up. Always keep the back up in case something happens to the form on the network drive.
