Innovative Ideas for End User Computing

Hi, I am responsible for setting up 2015 business plan for End User Computing (End User Devices, Applications like SCCM, VDI and OS like Windows 7, Collaboration tools like Lync and Video technologies)

We are in the process setting up our 2015 business plan. I need some innovative ideas for business planning End User Computing area.

Something like How to Mange Unused (but booked) Conference rooms, Proactively manage End User problem etc...

I am looking for some innovative ideas for enabling end user experience...Which other may be doing already in different already...

Something like
1- automatic password reset with voice recognition
2- sentiment analysis of end users calls
3- without getting survey from users on new product roll out ....understand their problem...and fix the system
4- end user education on using new products like CISCO Movi and video conferencing system

It would be hard to really assist, without knowing your pain points/industry. Conference rooms for example can be scheduled in Exchange for example, assuming you run exchange. If not then my two cents is switch to exchange, lol.

We are in Exchange. But the challenge is managing over booking and unused rooms. People block it for years and don't use it.
