Convert VS2008 web application to VS2010

I want to know if it is possible to automatically convert VS2008 web service to VS2010 WCF?  And also is it possible automatically convert VS2008 web application project to VS2010 web project?  and your suggestion.

A web service to a WCF service the answer to that is no.

It's possible to keep it as a regular web service, but the WCF architecture is different . . . but Microsoft released a step by step guide to doing the conversion:

You can go from a 2008VS web application project to a vs2010 web application project.
