Hi Experts

I seem to have a problem connecting to oracle from IBM Lotus Notes IEI database.

Here is what I've verified:
Oracle is installed and working correctly
IEI is installed with ms-sql and notes connections working
ODBC connections are working but are crashing the entire server when we try to use them

Here is the error message:
IEI-error.png

Any help would be appreciated.

Just a question: did you look into DECS?

We were not using DECS.

After re-installing IEI, the connections worked as expected.  I do not know what exactly changed and therefore cannot say how it was fixed.

As usual, I appreciate the help.
