Running the MS Environment IT Health Scanner on SBS 2003 before migrating to Server Essentials 2012 R2. There's a warning that the domain controller is listening on multiple addresses but it is not, at least as far as I can tell per the referenced KB272294.

I am also getting one error and a couple of warnings about the WAN Miniport (IP) adapter.
Error: Dynamic DNS registration is disabled for the WAN Miniport (IP) (MAC address: 00:53:45:00:00:00) internal network adapter on the server.XXX.local server.
I'm assuming the warnings are related to the same thing as they reference the WAN Miniport adapter.
I initially thought this was because I was running the scanner remotely but the same thing if running on-site. There is only one NIC in this server. The WAN Miniport shows if I unhide hidden devices in device manager but isn't this a required component?
Thanks.

It sounds like you are running a multi-homed on your Domain Controller? It is not a best practice - thus the reasons for the flags.

If possible, I'd remove the secondary NIC/IP and/or disable the WAN Miniport and run the health scanner again.

There's no secondary nic.

I disabled the hidden WAN Miniport adapters and the scanner come out with no errors.
